Aluminium blinds can rattle in a breeze more than timber or faux wood alternatives. If your windows are frequently open, consider adding hold-down brackets or choosing faux wood blinds for a quieter option.
Close the slats and wipe each one with a damp microfibre cloth. For a deeper clean, remove the blind and soak it briefly in warm soapy water. Aluminium slats dry quickly and won’t rust or warp.
The 25mm (standard) aluminium blind has a classic, fine-slat look. The 50mm wide-slat version has a bolder, more modern appearance and provides better outward visibility when tilted open. Both are available in cordless and corded options.
Manufactured with powder coated aluminium these blinds provide a light, durable and stable window treatment. The slats on the Aluminium venetian blinds are treated with advanced finishing technology, a special formulation that provides a smooth, rigid, and less porous surface to the slats. This special formulation not only makes the slats easier to clean but also offers an anti-static performance to repel dust and resist fungal and bacterial growth.

Headrail & Control Options
The aluminium blinds headrail is made of Steel. It is available in a range of colours and will coordinate with the slat colour unless otherwise specified.
- The maximum width is 3 metres, & minimum width is 240mm without cordlock or 315mm with cordlock.
- If the blind is under 394mm the tilt and lift cords will be at opposite ends.
- The maximum drop is 3 metres.
- The maximum recommended area is 6.5 square metres.
